Post on Forums.
Place your link into your signature, so every time you
comment or ask a question, your link is posted.
Quantity and Quality count. The ranking of the forum you
post at matters. The higher (generally more traffic & links
in) the better for your links out/Search Engine Placement.
The number of click-thrus your links get vs. how many links
you have out there matters, also. So, post to forums where
you have something to contribute or a genuine interest in
the topic. The more knowledgable or interesting you look,
